Visitor

I wanted to THANK Carol Brown for stopping by my office today and showing me the WONDERFUL scrapbook she made of our tour. She did it at Inkleys 2 days after we got home so everything was still fresh in her mind. I think I was still asleep 2 days after our trip!

She left a DVD of all her photos I am excited to go home and watch. If I can pull any of her photos off the DVD I will post them because she had some GREAT ones.

Thanks again Carol. It was so much fun to see you and I will post the photo of my myrrh & frankinscent

From Donalee Davis

Thanks Wendy for all your work and help, and especially for your wonderful positive attitude. This is the best, most spiritual trip Jim and I have ever taken.

Are we going to get addresses for the folks on the tour?

Thanks,Donalee

Day 1....or should I say 2

As we arrived at the airport we were happy to be greeting by Alan who assisted us with our check in. The flight to Chicago was uneventful. We got there with plenty of time to do our international check in.
The flight to Madrid was long but I think most slept or watched Momma Mia/The Forbidden Kingdom.
The flight to Tel Aviv was an experience in patience as we were ALL, even the short people, cramped into a plane with way too many seats.

Our 1st sight of the Holy Land was exciting.

As tired as we were, we were excited to have arrived. We meet Asher and Gilly and away we went to Jappa.
Our 1st hotel in Bat Yam was nice. It was Shabbot, don't get on that elevator. We were up early and saw the morning come on the Mediterranean Sea.

From The Crocketts

Pam and I had such a wonderful trip! We also enjoyed getting to know you and all the others. This trip and all the grand vistas that we experienced were more than can be expressed in our language. Perhaps when we learn the “perfect” language or the “Adamic” language we will be able to express what we felt. Pam and I love our Bishop and to have him with us as our escort made the experience even better. After pondering our favorite spot, we both feel it was the Garden of Gethsemane…to sit and ponder that wondrous event that took place there over 2,000 years ago…to see the olive trees that were living during our Savior’s life was more than grand. How can we express the thrill of being able to walk where Jesus walked? Thank you all and may the Lord bless and keep you all until we meet again and have a very Merry Christmas…………….Lonnie and Pam Crockett
